Congrats Brenda! 🎉🎉
A few days with Brenda...
A few days of 1:1 with @Brenda Rigney , and my Skool business looks completely different 🚀 When I started with Brenda, my community had members, courses and a lot of heart. What it did not have was a clear path to real recurring income. My MRR was 230 USD, and I honestly could not see how it would ever become much more. Today it is 249 USD. More importantly, I can now see the way to 3,000 USD MRR by January, on paper, with steps and dates. And for the first time it feels doable, not like a dream. What the 1:1 with Brenda gives you: ✅ Clarity on your offer. We sharpened who it is for, what it solves and what it costs, until I could explain it in one page. ✅ Structure for your whole community. Free, paid, courses, calls: everything suddenly fits together and makes sense. ✅ A real MRR plan. Not "post more and hope", but concrete numbers and the next step to get there. ✅ Speed. We are in close, regular exchange, so nothing sits and waits. Decisions happen in days, not months. ✅ Honest feedback. Brenda tells you what works and what does not, kindly and clearly. ✅ Momentum. Every conversation ends with something to do, and you actually do it. What surprised me most: how inspiring and supportive she is. She takes your ideas seriously, pushes you exactly where you get stuck, and gives you the motivation to stop thinking (in a good way 😂) and start doing. If you believe you are not moving forward on Skool, I warmly recommend you try this. It really pushes you forward, and it brings your whole structure together so much faster than doing it alone. Thank you, Brenda 💛

Stop giving your Skool community more tiers and more options
Most Skool community owners think the fix for slow growth is more. More tiers, more price points, more ways to say yes. The problem with this is it confuses your own members. They don't know which tier to buy or what it'll actually get them. Instead of a clear yes, they hesitate. And when people hesitate, they don't buy. This leads to a community full of engaged people who never convert, months that stay stuck at $7K-10K, and you working way more hours than you should for the revenue you're bringing in. After growing my freemium Skool communities to 13,000+ members and going from $400 MRR to consistent $10K, $15K, and $20K months, here's what I'd do instead. Give your niche ONE clear offer built around one outcome, with everything else stripped away. This is because when there's only one decision to make, people actually make it. They're not stuck comparing tiers or wondering what's different. They just say yes. Which leads to higher conversions, more monthly recurring revenue, and a business that grows without you having to be online all day. You can think about it like this ⤵️ Do you want to keep offering more options and hoping someone picks one? Or would you prefer to give people one clear path to the result they want?

Working on this now! Thanks for the clarity!!
There's a NEW way to grow your Skool community to $10K months
Most Skool community owners are constantly chasing leads on social media, hoping enough of them convert to paying members. The problem with this is you're stuck in a cycle. You have to keep showing up, keep posting, keep chasing, just to keep revenue flowing. The second you stop, the leads dry up. The new way is The Community Is the Funnel™ Method. Instead of chasing leads, you build a freemium Skool community that becomes your marketing funnel. You focus on three numbers: traffic, conversion, and retention, and build your offers and systems around them. This is superior because your community does the selling for you. People join for free, get real value, and naturally ascend into paid tiers, without you having to be online all day. I built this after stepping away from social media for 5 months. Today my two freemium communities have 13,000+ members, and I've built a business generating $10K+ months working 20-25 hours a week. One YouTube video explaining why my free community makes more money than my paid one generated 6000+ views. Stop chasing leads, start building a community that converts on its own. Want to know more? Comment NEW and I'll personally reach out.

Love this! I would like to know more about how to determine what and how much if free, and where that line is for the paid tiers. I am wondering if "community conversation" and one freebie (or 2-3) is enough incentive for someone to join, stay, and decide they want more. I'm working on messaging in the discussion that will help members evaluate their options and choose to upgrade to paid tier too. ThankS!
