Being a teacher for 12 years before becoming a BCBA must give you a really strong advantage, especially when it comes to understanding students, classroom dynamics, and collaborating with teachers. It sounds like that experience would make your approach very practical and supportive in a school setting. I’m curious what inspired you to transition from teaching into becoming a BCBA, and what do you enjoy most about your role now?

@Analiese Lanza Thank you so much for sharing that I really respect how intentional you’re being about building this the right way. First of all, you’re already ahead because you’re aware that visibility and structure matter. Many people have the skills but never take time to organize the message behind them. The fact that you’re focusing on clarity now will pay off in a big way later. If you don’t mind, I’d truly love to guide you through this process. Sometimes all it takes is refining your core message, clearly defining who you serve, and simplifying how you present your value. When people understand exactly what you do and how it solves their problem, growth becomes much easier. You already have the experience now it’s just about packaging it with confidence and direction. Keep going. You’re building something powerful, and with the right structure, it will shine.
