Just wanted to share a quick win and a reminder to use the tools available to us! 🙌🏽 Last week I posted a 20-second video about some new construction townhomes in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Before posting, I asked ChatGPT to help me create a caption with strategic hashtags to help the video reach more people on TikTok. I was honestly in complete awe when the video took off on TikTok and got over 11K views. From that one short video alone, I’ve had tons of inquiries, over 20 showings scheduled within the week, a handful of renters reaching out, and 2 buyers now preparing for pre-approvals with my lender. All from a 20-second video and a well-written caption. 🤯 It was a great reminder that ChatGPT is an amazing tool for content creation, captions, and marketing ideas, and it can really help amplify what we’re already doing as agents. If you’re not using it yet to help with your social media strategy, captions, or listing content… you’re definitely missing out!
