Hey friends, I’m Natalie, and I’m so excited you’re here. A little about me → I started my travel business because I was obsessed with showing people the real, authentic side of travel. What started as sharing tips and leading small group trips has grown into a business that lets me work from anywhere, connect with amazing people, and create life-changing experiences. Now I want to help YOU do the same. 🙌 This community is here for: ✨ Aspiring travel entrepreneurs who want to turn passion into a real business ✨ Small operators ready to grow and get more consistent clients ✨ Anyone curious about leading group trips, building a travel offer, or just exploring what’s possible in this space This course will teach you how to: ✅ Validate your idea and dominate a niche (no more “just another travel business”). ✅ Design & Price Your offers and and how to start marketing them. ✅ Automate sales & marketing with chatbots, AI, and email funnels (save 10+ hours/week). ✅ Create Content and identify your content pillars and learn how to storytell for conversions. ✅ Scale sustainably while avoiding burnout (hello, work-life balance!). ✅ Future-proof against industry shifts (economic downturns, tech disruptions, climate changes). and more.... 👉 To kick things off, I’d love to hear from YOU: - Where are you joining from? 🌍 - What excites you most about starting a travel business? - What’s one thing you’d love to learn here? Hi everyone, I’m Bea, joining from Metepec, Mexico. I’ve worked in the travel industry for many years, and I’m now developing L’Atelier Viajes, an online boutique travel design studio focused mainly on culturally rich, slower journeys through Europe. My work is inspired by the great journeys of Romanticism and by an A Contracorriente philosophy: depth over speed, local knowledge over generic checklists, and journeys designed with a real sense of place. What excites me most is turning years of experience, research, and travel design into a clearer and more sustainable business through personalized itineraries, curated guides, collaborative projects, and possibly selected small-group journeys. I’d especially like to learn how to build a more consistent sales process, improve my social media and paid advertising without relying on constant posting—or watching my savings disappear without seeing a return—and use simple automations without losing the personal character of the business or my mind over all the technology involved. And yes, I’d also love to find the right clients: people who truly appreciate thoughtful travel design and are happy to honor the value of the work.

@Michael Johnson Hi, I come from another place where tacos are sooo good. And I do have family in SAT, as well. Your project to inspire and help others to enjoy the good things in life, sounds great.
What does your dream travel business look like in 12 months?
Let's play a game. It's May 2027. Your travel business has had the year you wanted. Answer these: 👉 How many trips did you lead? 👉 Where did you go? 👉 How many people did you take with you? 👉 How much did you make? 👉 What does your day-to-day life look like? Write it out in the comments — as specifically as you can. Present tense. Like it's already happened. This isn't wishful thinking. It's clarity work. You can't build toward something you haven't defined.

It’s August 2027, and L’Atelier Viajes has had a solid first year of growth. I have led one small, carefully designed journey in Europe— focused on creating the trip in collaboration with trusted local partners. Most of my work has come from personalized itinerary design, B2B collaborations, curated travel guides, and selected booking support. I’ve worked mainly with thoughtful travelers interested in Europe, especially places like Italy, the Adriatic, Greece, Turkey, and Romania. The business has generated around USD 12,000–15,000 over the year. My days are a mix of client conversations, research, itinerary design, partner relationships, and developing guides and content. The business still feels boutique and personal, but it is more organized, more visible, and less dependent on creating everything from scratch.
