Made some the other day with Parmesean cheese (leftover from the Rosemary Garlic Parmesean loaf) and Italian seasoning. Delicious!

I actually bought this book off of Amazon a while ago and read it. I love the history lesson and the science behind it all. I think this book is what finally flipped that switch in me to start a sourdough starter.
