Celebrating 24 Years with my Sweetheart
Celebrating 24 years with Leo for our annual "honeymoon" at Breitenbush Hot Springs kid free! I'm so grateful for this human being in my life. The road has been challenging filled with ups and downs through MANY life changes--living over half our lives together. We're stronger for it. We've managed to spiral upwards together, pushing each other to our limits, coming out a better version of ourselves that wasn't possible alone. I was doing a big ol' separate journey from this, at the end of last week, but I feel like starting the week off with Anna's challenge really got me into the right headspace and supported me. Additionally, I was carrying the energy with me, even though I skipped a day. This challenge helped me remember how our attention is such an asset that we have, to benefit or hinder ourselves, and here it's an absolute benefit! Bringing the intestinals and Dahnjon tapping into my days on the regular has been wonderful for me, and no longer feels like a chore, but something incorporated and desired. Stacking these exercises I feel is on the way to doing the same. Thank you, as always, for sharing your wisdom, Anna! I appreciate you so much, and am inspired by everyone working towards making their lives feel better and better! Way to go!

LOVE seeing all the results you are all creating in doing the challenge! Day 3 Challenge: 1. Practice 1 Minute Exercises 3x today, every hour (or paired with habit if that's working!) focused on your Dahnjon (DJ), including at least 1 minute of sleeping tiger. >>>> For those ready, stack your 1 Minutes doing 2-3 min in a row! 2. COMMENT BELOW: Done! When doing Sleeping Tiger, I learned receiving energy was X. The 1 Minute exercises I will do/did 3x today (ideally every hour) is X. 3. Coming back to comment b/c I fell off on this part, but continued with the focus of the challenge/self/Dahnjon. Done - 100x intestinals and pushups. On this day, honestly I was kind of rushing, to just get through it, without as much sinking into it. Kudos to everyone keeping up with it!

The 1 Minute exercise I will do 3x today by [pairing with habit/interval timer every hour] focused on my DJ is ______.” 3. Comment on at least 2 other member posts. -- Remember: Friday we vote for the participants with the most contributions (liking/commenting others) to others that factors into winning the Grand Prize. DONE! By focusing on my Dahnjon during 1 Minute Exercises, I discovered focusing helped to make the exercises easier overall! The 1 Minute exercise I will do 3x today by [pairing with habit/interval timer every hour] focused on my DJ is planks. I also did some did some intestinals while at the Florence and the Machine concert last night - ha!
