What Is Glutathione—and How Does It Work? 🤔
You may have heard people call glutathione the body’s “master antioxidant”—but what does that actually mean? Dr. Froese breaks it all down in this video: - What is glutathione? - Who may benefit from it? - How does it work in the body? - What is the best way to use it? If you’ve been curious about glutathione, this is a great place to start. Watch the video and let me know—have you ever tried it?

Glutathione has been my friend in the past. Recently I found that I needed it again. I’m glad it’s not expensive and that I have a way to inject it myself instead of paying way more to go get an IV.
Let’s talk about Constipation! 💩
Yep. We’re going there. Because if you’re taking a GLP-1, your bathroom habits may suddenly become a group project. 😂 Constipation is when your bowel movements become less frequent, hard, dry, or difficult to pass. GLP-1s slow down digestion—and when food moves more slowly through your system, everything else can move more slowly too. Add less food, not enough fiber, or too little water, and your intestines may decide to take an extended vacation. 🏝️ The biggest help for me? MAGNESIUM! Certain forms of magnesium—especially magnesium citrate—help pull water into the intestines, which can soften stool and help get things moving. I take 1-2 capsules of magnesium every night to help keep myself regular. If my system hasn’t “worked” for two days, I take four capsules of my specific magnesium product, along with TWO LARGE CUPS of water. The water is VERY important! 💦 HERE'S LINKS TO MY FAVORITE MAGNESIUM PRODUCTS: Mag07 - Oxy-Tone - Magnesium Citrate Then, let’s just say…magic usually happens the next morning, and my stomach thanks me. ✨😂 Please remember: Magnesium products come in different forms and strengths, so four capsules of mine may not equal four of yours. Follow the label—especially if you have kidney problems or take medications. And... PLEASE don’t wait too long to address constipation! Now tell me: What helps keep things moving for you? 💩

Great info… I needed to hear this!
Did you try out Bob 2.0?!
Bob got a GLOW-UP. 😂 Our old Health & Peptide Coach is now officially the GLP-1 LAB Learning Assistant — and I’ve spent HOURS upgrading him, adding new resources, and making him even more helpful. If you were already using Bob: Good news. You’ve automatically been upgraded to Bob 2.0! 🎉 No downloading. No starting over. No techy nonsense. 🙌 Just open him up and start asking questions! So…what’s new in Bob 2.0? 👀 🍓 More recipes 🧬 More peptide education & protocols 📚 Downloads from our File section 🧠 “Why You Turn to Food & What to Do About It” training 🗺️ New Getting Started guides & brochures 💛 Plus, I’ve continued training him on everything we teach inside the GLP-1 LAB. Basically, I went back to school so Bob could get smarter. 😂 And remember — Bob doesn’t sleep, doesn’t get annoyed when you ask 47 questions, and doesn’t care if you need help at 2 AM. 🤣 Never tried the Learning Assistant before? Now is the PERFECT time to meet him! 👇 Find Bob 2.0 in the Classroom: https://www.skool.com/glp1lab/classroom/ffad9b0c Then come back and tell me: What was the first thing you asked Bob 2.0? 👇
