I had a moment tonight in a family meet up, where I recognised that I have grown. A comment that was thrown my way, which in the past would have taken me back and put me into a whirlwind of pain, was received and literally washed off my back as I was able to realise that it was "just the person's opinion and honestly did not make an impact on who I am. It made me realise how much I have grown through being around positive minded, respect upholding people every day, looking for the good in people. Have you you had a moment in time where you thought - oh wow. the old me would not have handled that so well....? or just a realisation that it is different today and you are grateful for the life lesson that brought you to now. Have you had moments when you see an article and think of someone. This was me this week. I saw an article about a Castle in France, where 300 Women had collectively invested in the castle and they hold camps at the castle through the year. Why did I think of @Mark Lawrence Mark also has a cottage in France that he invites people to have respite in the cottage on his property. (Did you know that). Sometimes the biggest thing holding us back isn't a lack of ability. It's simply becoming disconnected from the project, dream, or goal that once excited us. Life gets busy. (This is my household at the moment - thats ok) Responsibilities pile up. Unexpected challenges appear. And before we know it, the thing we were so excited about has been pushed to the bottom of the list. Here is the good news? You don't have to start over. You simply need to reconnect. Reconnect with the reason you started. (Discover your strong why- need help? There is an exercise in the classroom). Reconnect with the impact you want to make. Reconnect with the person you're becoming through the process. Progress doesn't come from doing everything at once. It comes from taking the next step. I have begun a new series for my business using the AI Twin feature. My goal is to do a Common Questions about digital business and our system with the AI twin feature but not using the AI for other videos such as live interviews, live mini videos - so as to "keep" the real authentic experience of Life we design.
