Hi all, I'm Basia from Poland, nearly 12 years vegan now. I have 2 children, that are vegan too ☺️ I'm looking forward to getting into exercising again as I know that will make me stronger, fitter and it will be also fantastic for my mental health. I'd love to incorporate daily movement into my lifestyle as I struggle with giving it up every so often and then it's really hard for me to get back to it. I want to make it a non negotiable. I'd love to be able to do everything with my kids and not to feel too weak or not fit enough to do stuff with them. I know I will have way more energy as well and that I will feel better mentally.

@Chris Moore Hi Chris, it's different life events that happen or " life takes over" and "can't find the time for it" excuses. And self- sabotaging.
