Morning routine
Recently, I started going gym at 4:30 am after fajr. I have found that it is very beneficial for you in many ways, particularly because there is blessing at the time of fajr and also the earlier you wake up, the more things you can complete in your day.

Same bro I go early in the morning and by 8am I normally have trained and got my steps in...its the best feeling!

Salams Lads I'm Bash and I've recently moved up to the beautiful Edinburgh from England (Leicester). A bit about my fitness journey - I've been training for many years but life and circumstances meant that a couple of years ago I was pretty overweight at 88kg. I decided to change my identity and enlisted the help of a professional coach and ended up getting down to around 63kg. Whilst I was super lean, I realised I didn't actually had as much muscle as I thought I did. I've been training now for the last couple of years and I'm pretty proud of where I am so far in terms of both physique and mindset. Right now the majority of my time is spent either on doing something around the house or out exploring the beautiful Scottish countryside. It'd be lovely to meet you all at any future get togethers or gym events.
