Start with the „Welcome & Orientation” module, then go into the Planche course and stick to the structure as written. If you have questions as you go, drop them in Program Questions. Let’s work.

@Dorian Lemouton welcome bro 👊 Intermediate at 14 with a full planche goal is strong, but the priority for you will be building it clean and safely, not rushing it. Start with the Welcome & Orientation module first so you understand how everything is structured, then go into the Planche course and follow it as written. Once you’ve gone through the first sessions, post your planche work in Skill Training and we’ll tighten things up step by step. Glad to have you here. Let’s build this properly.

@Adam Škopík Good clips bro. Short answer: pike planche is a good progression for you right now, especially since it already improves how your banded straddle feels. That tells me it’s helping your shoulder angle and compression. I wouldn’t drop adv tuck though — keep it as your base strength, and use pike as the bridge toward straddle mechanics. From the videos, your main focus should be more shoulder lean and less hip height in adv tuck. Think chest forward first, then lift. Structure sessions by purpose: • strength • transition • technique Keep the quality high and the holds short 👊
