I want to create the back view of him, but this is what I've done so far.

I decided to have another crack at creating characters based on the imagery given. At first I was creating whole figures. I liked the ideas but wanted to focus more on certain aspects of the characters. I decided to add some ideations focusing more on upper body only. I particularly liked the Vase inspired porcelain lady. I liked the idea a lot and decided to hone in on it and create 3 full body variations of the idea! I am excited to take the idea further into a rendered illustration later on :)) I welcome any feedback and critiques! Let me know what you guys think 💜

Here is my progress and some color ideas for my character.

I was drawing boxes, but I also wanted to think about how this could apply to drawing a figure or a car, and I had fun with the process.
