Has anyone ran into someone trying to get you to mulch an area they do not own? I was on onx looking at a property someone asked me to quote and the name first or last does not match the lead. Do you include that in your contract? Like “I (landowner give you permission to do work on said land”?

I use county tax appraiser site in my daily Insurance work. There are deed search companies but they are not free. NearMap is a very good, but $$ app. utilities use it to show annual vegitation incroachments on power lines.

Who uses a 3/4 ton to pull their trailerand skid? Im trying to stay under DOT limits to avoid CDL in these early stages. Can a 3/4 handle the job?
