They Used To Do $400K/Year. Now They Do $400K+/Month.
This contractor used to do around $400,000 per YEAR. Today? They’re doing $400,000+ per MONTH. And one of the biggest lessons from their growth has been this: Your marketing has to grow with your ability to fulfill the work. As their team grew, their capacity grew. So instead of keeping marketing at the same level… We stepped on the gas. Here’s what that looks like so far in 2026: 587 qualified, first-time leads through September. And the overwhelming majority came from two channels: Local SEO: 324 qualified leads Google Ads: 187 qualified leads That’s 511 qualified leads from Google Ads + Local SEO alone. Or roughly 87% of every qualified lead being tracked. And when I say Local SEO, I’m combining the attribution CallRail splits into: Google My Business: 148 GMB: 93 Google Organic: 83 That’s 324 leads from Local SEO. And this doesn’t even include another 50–100 Facebook leads we’ve generated. Facebook is obviously more of a mixed bag. Some great prospects. Some window shoppers. Some people who filled out a form and apparently forgot they own a phone 30 seconds later. 😂 Search is different. Someone searches Google for the service you provide… They’re usually looking for a solution right now. That’s why Google Ads + Local SEO continue to be the backbone of what we do for contractors. But here’s the important part: We didn’t just dump more leads into a company that couldn’t handle them. Their team expanded. Their ability to sell and fulfill expanded. Then we increased marketing to feed that capacity. You can actually see it in the lead volume. Earlier this year they were generating roughly 30–60 qualified leads per month. August jumped to around 130. September is approaching 150. That’s what marketing is supposed to do. Not generate vanity metrics. Not generate “traffic.” Not generate reports nobody understands. Create predictable demand that allows the company to keep growing. Going from $400K/year → $400K+/month obviously takes more than marketing.
They Used To Do $400K/Year. Now They Do $400K+/Month.
