@Marc Libretto The guy who published that video you are quoting was wrong. The label itself even warns that EGRIFTA WR and SV (earlier formulation) are not substitutable, specifically because their reconstitution and storage requirements differ . Most gray-market or research peptides lack cyclodextrin stabilization, so refrigeration becomes your only line of defense against hydrolysis and oxidation.

@Marc Libretto this is a great example of why the peptide space gets a lot of heat from the Pharma industry. If you read the label this product formulation was specifically engineered so refrigeration adds no benefit and may actually introduce instability (temperature cycling, condensation, crystallization effects). Once you factor in excipients and validated stability testing, the label makes perfect sense. This is one of those cases where the molecule didn’t change — Egrifta WR and RUO Tesamorelin have the same active ingredient - but the chemistry around it did. Remember Tesamorelin is FDA approved for HIV positive individuals with lipodystrophy - a lifetime disorder. Egrifta WR was developed to reduce user burden (weekly reconstitution + smaller injection volume) and avoid cold-chain constraints (room-temperature handling), thereby improving the day-to-day practicality of a chronic therapy used in adults with HIV. The product feature makes sense why the drug co wants to ensure better compliance by users.
A little birdie told me…
So I got some intel on how the peptide world is going to change. So visa/Mastercard are cracking down. They’re going to be pulling out unless companies make some changes to how peptides are sold. “Research use only” is going away because visa and Mastercard (who’s stock holders are primarily affiliated with eli Lilly) claim peptides are intended for human use so everything is going to be worded something along the lines of “Lab Tested Products” and websites are going to need to make changes. Hence why Aiopeptides credit card processor is currently down until they make changes BUT this may open the door for other options like orals to be more available. Idk all the details but things are changing. This doesn’t mean panic and stock up. It just means expect sites and credit card processors to be temporarily shut down here and there over the next few months.

We can’t be trusted to buy things for our own health. Thanks for protecting us Visa and Mastercard. Apparently there is no moral hazard in buying booze, fast food, and paying for strip clubs using your fine products (I’m being facetious to make a point).
Looking for Mk-677?
I had a few people ask about quality MK-677 and where to get it. Don’t buy it from SwissChems. It’s junk. KimeraChems.co has is tested and use discount code POWER15 to save 15% https://kimerachems.co/product/mk-677-ibutamoren/

COA is almost a year old. Should that be a concern?
