"The Last Creative" is being distributed to TV networks right now. Not YouTube. Actual TVs — Roku, Comcast, LG, Xumo, Spectrum and more. Here's the part I didn't expect: they want hundreds of hours of content, and they're taking submissions from independent creators. What that means for you: → You keep full rights to your film. You're licensing it, not selling it. → $50 per film token payment for distribution selected content → Longer term, as the networks report results back, there's potential for a lot more $$$ → Minimum ~3 minutes. No upper limit. → Films, shorts, series, docs — if you've made it, it's worth submitting If it's not selected, you've lost nothing. If it is, Your work is on a TV screen in someone's living room. And you get paid! Full transparency: I get $50 too if someone I refer has a film selected. That's the arrangement, and I'd rather you hear it from me than find out later. It doesn't change my advice I'd be posting this either way, because I'm doing it myself. If you've got a film sitting in a folder doing nothing, this is the most obvious yes I've seen in a while.
