Thursday Open Q&A Event
I am so disappointed in myself for missing the Lunch With Steve event this week. I am thinking I might try to attend the ThursdayOpen Q&A, albeit the time if day for me is a bit late. Are you planning to attend it thus week?

@Stephen B. Henry I finally put in a request to join your Skool Cafeteria community this morning as a result of this Archived Series reminder. 🤗❣
🎯 The Art Of Leaderboarding
There is a little flame beside some names in Skool communities, and there is a leaderboard showing who has accumulated the most points over the past seven days. For some people, it is just a bit of fun; gaming the system in order to get meaningless metrics. For others, particularly those who are trying to become known within a community, the leaderboard represents something else: visibility. There is nothing wrong with wanting to reach the top of it. The trick is getting there without making everybody else wish you had not. Start With The Number If you want the number one position on a community's seven-day leaderboard, begin by looking at the current leader's score. Let us say the person sitting at number one has 140 points. Divide that number by seven. 140 ÷ 7 = 20. That tells you the approximate daily pace required to compete at that level. It does not necessarily mean you need to make 20 posts every day. Leaderboard points can also come from the engagement your contributions generate, so a useful post that attracts likes and comments can do some of the work for you. Think of 20 as your daily activity target rather than your posting quota. And that distinction matters. Do Not Storm The Castle Suppose the leader has 140 points and you decide you are going to take first place today. You could theoretically charge into the community and start posting, commenting, and interacting like a caffeinated squirrel until you have accumulated enough points to challenge the leader. Please do not. Even if the system allows it, the other memberss in the community may have a somewhat different reaction. Twenty or thirty posts appearing from the same person in a short period can look less like participation and more like spam. Members may begin scrolling past your name. Moderators may notice for all the wrong reasons. An administrator may decide that your leaderboard ambitions are interfering with the community itself. You may win the leaderboard and lose the audience. That is a terrible trade. Instead, play the long game.

Good morning, @Stephen B. Henry! I so love that you addressed the Skool leaderboards today! I've never been into "gaming" albeit it was the game of Second Life that got me through my battle with cancer over 10 years ago. I've never given any thought to the badges by our Skool member IDs, but when the new Skool Goat was named a couple days ago in the Skool News for this week, I definitely paid started paying attention to the flame and other Skool badges. I was blown away to see that a Skool member with a group of less than 1,000 members was bringing in over a million dollars a month (MRR).
Have you discovered Stephen's Skool Classroom?
I hope all of you are having a wonderful Sunday. I'm in the USA and this Sunday morning after church I settled into checking out our classroom here. I was so excited to finish all of the FREE courses today. I'm truly amazed at the knowledge Stephen shares with us ABSOLUTELY FREE. And, I love how he approaches upsells. Every coach and consultant should take heed to what he has shared with us all here. I shake my head to think that I have known Stephen since 2014, that we have traveled in many of the same friendship circles, and I've not taken the time to explore his offerings. Trust me, that stops today! I would love to discuss the Classroom offerings with fellow members. How about you?

Well, I clicked on the link but it opens to another Skool group which I have not joined to date. What is the difference between this Skool group and that one?
