🎆 Happy 250th Independence Day, Homeopathy Freedom Seekers! 🇺🇸
This weekend we celebrate the birth of our nation and the spirit of true freedom — and nothing says health freedom quite like having a homeopathy kit at your fingertips! While others reach for chemical cocktails, we celebrate sovereignty over our own health. Homeopathy empowers us to gently support our bodies through whatever the holiday throws at us — whether it’s blazing heat, fireworks smoke, overindulgence, or late-night celebrations. No side effects, no dependency — just natural, intelligent support. That’s real freedom! 🔥 Quick Remedies for This Weekend: For the Heat & Sun - Belladonna – Sudden red face, throbbing headache, feeling hot and bothered - Glonoinum – Explosive headaches from sun/heat, blood rushing to the head - Cantharis– Sunburn (great for the beach or backyard) For Fireworks Smoke & Irritation - Aconite – First signs of irritation from smoke or sudden exposure - Allium Cepa – Runny nose and eyes from smoke (like a summer cold) - Natrum Mur – Smoke exposure, headache, and feeling drained. For Fireworks, BBQ smoke & Irritation Wishing you a safe, joyful, and healthy 4th of July filled with laughter, good food, and empowered wellness! Drop a 🎇 in the comments if you’re celebrating with your homeopathy kit this weekend. We’d love to hear how you’re using it! With freedom & gratitude, Michele and Kate

We are in Washington D.C. right now and we are using some of those remedies and I'm so thankful for how they are helping us to tolerate the high heat and humidity! Happy Independence day!

It's hard to choose just one. 😆I would say Arsenicum album would be one of my top choices. It's great for digestive issues, so I keep it in my purse in case something pops up after eating out or eating at the church pot-lucks/pitch ins. It also has many other uses, but I mostly use it for digestive issues.

Hello! I learned about homeopathy from a friend whose family has used it for generations. I heard about Joette's website through the grapevine and I was so thankful for her free advice on her blogs and then couldn't wait to start her classes. The information I have learned has been a game changer for many of my family members. I'm so thankful for all of the paths that have brought me to Michele & Kate's group.
