Welcome Back (me😅)
Hey everyone 🤍 I wanted to check in and say hello again. I’ve been a bit quiet here since August. A lot has shifted in my life—personal changes, leaving Germany, and spending the last months traveling through India . I’ve been feeling into where to land next, exploring places that might become homes… and future retreat spaces 🌿 It was a needed pause. Time to listen, recalibrate, and go deeper. I’m currently working on a new workshop and course, and I feel the call to reconnect here again. There will likely be some changes in this community—maybe a new structure, maybe even a new group—but before anything else, I just wanted to reach out. If you’re still here, I’d love to hear from you. How have you been? Are you still on the path of transformation, presence, and inner alignment? No pressure, no expectations—just a simple check-in. Hi Advaita, I love your classes, once I started kundalini yoga and breath work my spiritual journey has become a lot more fun than reading it out of a book. The inner transformation of everything I had to see and let go of has been a wild. I am just starting to see life with a new set of eyes and I have so much I want to do. I've been wanting to do lessons with you, but I have a hard time connecting to your live streams and could not figure out how to take your classes which is a shame since your YouTube videos so good. So hopefully the changes moving forward i can be more present. If not, I really appreciate everything you have done to enrich awareness into people's lives. Say Nam Barbara from Idaho

Morning, I have a few questions. How do I get into the paid classes? 2nd question are you offering breath work facilitator classes? I think your awesome. You offer a wide variety of breathing techniques and would love to learn from you. Barbara
