I’ve trained dozens of people in person, and now it’s time to bring that expertise online—so I can share my knowledge, systems, and strategies with the next generation of dispatchers and logistics coordinators. As we grow, I’m also looking to hire a virtual assistant to help manage my current drivers and eventually take over day-to-day operations.
