Hello. I'm planning to publish a self-help book about mental health and psychology. I'm wondering if there's any risk of legal action? I added a disclaimer at the beginning, and the book doesn't contain any guaranteed or promised cures, but I think there's still a risk because many pages discuss the mechanisms of trauma, anxiety, and other emotional issues.
