“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, NOW it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." Isaiah 43:18-19 I received this word this morning and it blessed me so. I have been asking God to take me where He wants me to go and to give me the work He wants me to do. I sometimes feel like I'm "praying and doing", and then ask myself "Is God hearing and answering?"❓ There have been times in my life that I was in lack and pain so long, that I didn't even realize I was out of it because I adapted to it being my "norm". I finally stopped focusing on what I didn't have, stopped comparing myself to others, and got to the root of why I allowed certain people and things to cause me pain. I started seeking God and distanced myself from people who quietly enjoyed seeing me fall and had no good intentions towards me. I completely surrendered to God, got aligned with His will for my life, and NOW I sit here in answered prayers... no longer in lack, no longer in pain, and living the good life God pre-destined for me to live. I am extremely grateful that I got out of God's way so He can manifest His best, His goodness in my life. I'm having a bible study tomorrow at 7pm for everyone to join.
