Does anyone know how to create this line/marker over the eyes effect?

just draw rectangle yourself, add some glow effect or just add drop shadow to it, match the color and set the softness higher untill it feels good

I tried to replicate an Iman Gadzhi scene in his recent video
Very proud of myself!! But I will have to invest a lot of $ into my computer at some point cuz the editing process on After Effects on my pc is pure hell, should I focus on getting a great gpu, cpu or more RAM? Thanks

i think it be just a lil bit better if you'd seperated a man from a phone. mb using some drop shadow or smth, overall i love it!
