My hair was thinning, so it was time for a very short haircut. 😅 It definitely makes me look different, but at the end of the day, it’s what’s inside that matters most. We all have our preferences and things we’re naturally attracted to, that’s completely normal. But remember, every person here has a story, strengths, talents, kindness, and qualities that can’t be seen in a profile photo. Sometimes the people we least expect end up surprising us the most. I am a Canadian who moved to Australia almost 3 years ago. I am planning on bringing my partner for the first time to my home town! I am in tears with feelings I cannot explain. Why am I sharing? Because living so far and not being able to travel as much makes me homesick at times and this is a huge moment for both of us. It’s part of the reality. August is our planned trip. It’s another countdown but so different.
