I’m a grandmother from Logan, Australia, who is big on community, connection and helping capable people move forward. I work with certified coaches who have done the training, know what to do and know their craft, but for some reason still aren’t doing the things that would actually move their business forward. I help them uncover what’s getting in the way, recognise the skills, resources and opportunities they already have, resolve the conflict that’s keeping them stuck, and start taking action again. The admin side is definitely one of my challenges. I can see and build systems for other people much more easily than I consistently use them for myself, so that's what caught my attention about this group. A big gap so a great idea David thank you!
