COMMUNITY TRUST
Welcome to the Skool. Before you jump into the content and conversations, there is one important rule that protects everyone here. Everything shared inside this community is PRIVATE. Do not screenshot, copy, forward, or repost anything from here outside the group. This includes posts, comments, questions, protocols, and personal stories. People will be sharing health details, struggles, lab results, and personal experiences. That is sensitive information and it stays HERE. You will also be guided with strategies and thinking that most people never hear in public spaces. There is a reason this community exists, so we can speak openly, ask real questions, and help each other without fear of being judged, attacked, or taken out of context. This only works if everyone respects the space. By staying in this community, you agree to: • keep all content inside the group • respect personal health privacy • support each other without sharing outside opinions or screenshots If you are here, you are here to learn, heal, and grow. Let’s protect that for each other. Please reply with “AGREE” so I know you have read and understand this.

AGREE!
Saturday Momentum Check-In
Let’s keep this simple and honest. Drop 3 things below: One win from this week Something that improved. Big or small. One thing that still feels confusing A question, symptom, or pattern you’re trying to understand. One habit that is starting to feel automatic Sleep timing, minerals, walking, meal structure, anything. Healing is built on repeatable wins, not perfection. I’ll read every reply and guide where needed.

@Kim Crayton Absofrickenlutely! And that's my "reserved" first contribution to the group 🤣 Love your feedback to Yann, and couldn't agree more. Any movement in the right direction is a win in my book, too. Heck, sometimes I'm ok with staying in the same place, as long as I don't go backwards! Looking forward to interacting with tlyourself and others on this team! Helen

Win & Confusion - This was a huge "lightbulb" moment for me. This week I made the connection between NOT having a gallbladder, and all of the challenges I've had during my first 60 days of carnivore. I really thought I was going crazy, a lot of what I've seen online just gives the automatic response of "eat more fat" but that just seemed to make a number of things worse. I wasn't ready to give up, but just getting so frustrated. I saw one of the clips from Maurice that mentioned bile...and I was off and running, with my research, which included joining this group. Habit - After 2 months, I feel like I've finally locked down my eating routine. I know what my "must haves" are, and what are some turnkey options if I forget to take a ribeye or hamburger out of the freezer. I feel like that allows me to relax a little everyday. The first few weeks, it was overwhelming. Now, I either plan ahead for my day, carry appropriate food with me, or find a place that I know I can dine out at, while complying with carnivore.

New to carnivore, looking for solutions, best practices, and workarounds for those of us that have some metabolic challenges!
