Preparing to write this post for you, I went into the classroom and found this lesson from day 6. It was interesting to me because I had some news that discombobulated me this morning. Not only could I not eat breakfast, but I could really struggle to sit down for my power hour. This is me reaching out to you to say: I understand when mental health gets in the way of doing the work. However, what I found was that when I sat down and was just taking one step in front of the other, yes, I was slower than I am normally in my power hour, but I did get some stuff done. Now I feel ready to get on with my day! Accountability Invite below :) I'd love to hear how you are all getting on. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟲 - 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻, 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗜𝘁 Week 1 gave you five days of honest data.
