I am so happy. I been working for weeks on developing and refining my currency and offer aka my pitch. I teach people how to meditate to develop their consciousness in order to reach higher states of enlightenment. Unfortunely it's quite difficult to explain that and what it means to people in this day and age. We have to capture or down right demand people's attention to focus on us, in order to even give them our message or pitch. There is so much misunderstandings about consciousness and enlightenment, so you have to explain or teach, what it means, to even get them to understand; how it is literally the most important thing in their life. To put it simple consciousness development is skill development. They are the exact same thing. All of our problems and issues come from a lack of skill or a lack of consciousness. It is the answer to everyone's problems. However that is soooooo broad, right. As Mr. Fletcher says nobody is going to stay up at night and say "why can't I develop consciousness" or "why can't I reach higher states of enlightenment". There is a big missconception going around that quieting the mind is equal to enlightenment. It is not. It can definitely help in the process, but it is not the same in itself. So, I been doing research like Mr. Fletcher says to do. I have this chrome extension that allows me to see the ranking of amazon books. Basically the lower the number the more books they are selling. This is the ext DS Amazon Quick View. I did a lot of research and figured out meditation and enlightenment is not doing so good. However Zen and emotional intelligence are super sellers. Zen means quieting the monkey mind or the art of not thinking and EI is learning to control your emotions. “Why can’t I stop my racing thoughts? I would do anything if I could just feel calm and in control.” “Quieting your mind isn’t enlightenment — it’s step one. Here’s what to do next.” “Emotions controlling your life? Learn how to turn them into fuel for your consciousness.” Basically people are up at 3 AM asking themselves why they can't stop thinking and why they can't stop being angry or sad..... I couldn't of gotten to this point without going through the courses here. I really appreciate Mr. Fletcher and the wealth of information that he has developed. The path might be short, but nobody said it would be easy. Stay on the path and reach your destination in the shortest time possible.

Joel, this is đŸ”„. You’ve done the deep work — both in refining your offer and in understanding your audience. Love how you translated something abstract (and powerful) like consciousness development into real, relatable pain points like racing thoughts and emotional overwhelm. That’s where the magic happens. The line “quieting your mind isn’t enlightenment — it’s step one” is a brilliant hook. Keep going — this message is needed more than ever 🙌
Fear of Visibility
A lot of entrepreneurs, especially spiritual or mystical entrepreneurs, are not stuck only because of lack of strategy but also The fear of visibility. But here’s the thing. Fear of visibility is rarely about being seen. It’s about fear of being ignored. Many brilliant spiritual entrepreneurs are sitting on gold. They have courses, messages, retreats, and mentorships that could change lives but they’re not consistently sharing them. Why? Because somewhere along the way, they got used to being overlooked. And now, the idea of being “visible” only reminds them of what happens when nobody engages. But this is where strategy actually comes in. Not self-blame. Not necessarily more mindset work. Strategy. Clear messaging. Data. Testing. Hooks. Offers. Either way
it’s a pattern. Not a prophecy. And it can be shifted with strategy, not just shadow work. What helped some of you finally show up with consistency?

This is so well said, Kimesha. The fear of being ignored after being visible—yep, that one runs deep. What helped me start showing up consistently was reframing visibility as service, not self-promotion. I focused less on engagement metrics and more on planting seeds, trusting some would land even if I didn’t see them grow right away. Strategy gave me the structure, but detaching from the outcome gave me the freedom. Appreciate you shining a light on this 💡
đŸŒ± "Growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s quiet persistence."
Hey Growthworks fam 👋 Lately, I've been reflecting on how often we celebrate big wins promotions, funding rounds, product launches. And while those are definitely worth celebrating, I think it's just as important to recognize the quiet work: - The difficult conversations we choose to have. - The boundaries we set for the first time. - The habit we showed up for today, even if no one noticed. Sometimes growth looks like momentum, and sometimes it looks like stillness and reflection. So I want to ask the community: What’s one “quiet” win you’ve had recently that helped you grow — personally or professionally? Let’s normalize sharing the behind-the-scenes progress. 🚀 #GrowthMindset #CommunityPower #KeepBuilding

This hit hard. I’ve felt that “what’s the point of posting if no one sees it” spiral before, and it’s so real. But I’ve learned that visibility isn’t about instant validation, it’s about compound trust. Every post, every share, every small value drop adds up. For me, consistency came when I stopped tying visibility to results and started tying it to identity. I’m a builder. So I show up. Period. Appreciate you putting this into words 🙌

Great question, Kat! From what I’ve gathered, the GrowthWorks Course Creator and the Automatic Course Creator are part of the same overall system, but here’s the distinction: - GrowthWorks Course Creator is the core platform used to map, build, and structure your course using the Fletcher Method frameworks. - Automatic Course Creator (or Automated Course Creator) is the upgraded version often offered as a bundled package, including lifetime access, AI tools, extra training modules, and bonus templates
How to use Fletcher frameworks with clients?
What’s required to use the Fletcher Method processes and frameworks with clients? Getting the Growthworks certification? If so, how do I do this? I believe I missed the promotion.

Hi Ashao 👋 Yes — to officially teach the Fletcher Method processes and frameworks with clients, you’ll need to complete the GrowthWorks Certified Marketing Consultant certification (sometimes referred to as the Fletcher Method Certification). This gives you the legal and ethical right to use the branded systems, templates, and language with your clients To move forward: 1. Check inside the course—for certification or “Certified Consultant” modules. 2. If you enrolled during a promotion, you may still be eligible—sometimes bonuses or certificates are added later. 3. If unsure, reach out to GrowthWorks support via your dashboard for clarity—they can help confirm your access or guide you on next steps. Let me know if you want help checking your access or applying—happy to assist! Sources
