Cilantro lol. Why? Most profitable for me and it gives me a bit of pride when it turns out great! Plus the health benefits and flavor are top notch

Update on the grocery store
I went there when they told me to with my samples. The manager was on vacation and the other one was gone. The manager that was on vacation is the one that told me to come in that day and around that time. How should I go about this situation? The girl that helped me took my samples for the employees. She told me I have to fill out a vendor form in order to even be considered. The manager never told me any of that. The store is Fresh Thyme Market in IN. I'm not too happy with the produce manager.. So, then they only take new vendors every quarter and I'd have to wait until Dec..

@Joe Naiman-Sessions Yeah you're right. I'm not going to give up. They approached me at a fest so I'm pretty confident it'll work. I would much rather work with grocery stores than restaurants..I was nice on the phone and in person. Just wish they would have told me about the paperwork before growing a bunch of samples and wasting my good labels, etc, but hopefully it'll work out..
New growing space
Hi friends. I need ideas on creating a new growing space outside of my house. My home unfortunately has no extra room for more than one rack, but the humidity gets high due to a bathroom being close. The basement is an old MI basement which is fine for storage, but the floor is uneven and i don't feel good about growing food down there lol. The garage could be an option, but it is not temp controlled. I would have to somehow convert it and i have 5 barn cats that sleep in there.. I'm just not sure what to do. I could buy a shed?

@Joe Naiman-Sessions That's a good idea, thanks! I'm not selling to many people because I just moved and this house isn't cutting it. One reason I haven't tried to get customers is because I need a better grow space
