Mid week grind? Start your day off with a small win. Set the tone. Prioritise that one thing that gets you a small win, then organize and make things happen. Smile🙂, smiles are contagious, spread them around.

I am having depression over my upcoming graduation June 13. I am graduating with my physical therapy assistant program. I was told by toxic family members and my abusers that i was. A worthless fat pig that deserves no credit and that i am nothing but a show off. It hurt greatly and it has made me loose my passion to continue to become a physical therapist and im beginning to feel its not worth living anymore. But i am not a quitter and saw i needed help i so i am asking for prayers to help give me the strength and courage to keep climbing.

I wanted to share an interaction where i froze up. Those that know me, know i have fast witty comments waiting, something to help find a bright light in darkness always.but not at the airport last Thursday morning. I was eating a bagel and a tall, 20 someting yr old lady walked by, partially bald with a few patches of hair, not smiling. She threw away a piece of trash by my in the can and i said " hello ma,am, hows your day going" she replied " Im here" i froze, it hurt. She was not having a great day. She went back and sat down by her mom. I beat myself up for a while, then snapped out of it. When the lines started to board, she seen me and i said, "smile, your beautiful" got a little grin in return. I wont always have the answer, but i care. I care about each of you. SMILE today, Smiles are contagious.
