Thank Coach Mila! I now understand how to use this web site. My main goal is to improve my spoken English, as it is significantly weaker than my listening, reading and writing skills. And just as Coach Shane and Coach Mila said, consistent practice is the key. The PIRF Fresh course alone contains 25 lessons, so my journey is starting right here.
