DAY 7 - Who Needs More Of You
Who in your life needs more of you right now and how are you showing up for them today?

Everyone benefits when I am stepped up as the man I know I can be. What that looks like is being a man of my words, honest, reliable and mentally balanced. The women In my life benefit from this by knowing that I am safe masculine energy to be around and can hold safe space. My two sisters know they have an older brother that’ll always protect when it’s needed. My brothers benefit from me stepping up because we can all use it as fuel and hype up and elevate together. I HAVE stepped into this greatest version of myself I AM always stepping further!
DAY 6 - Are You In Integrity?

For the most part recently I’ve been living pretty aligned. Im staying consistent on being healthy and getting stronger with not being strict on my diets or habits, I can speak up for myself, I’m not gonna do something I don’t want to do, and I am working on strengthening my foundations to all my relationships. I would say that the part of me I am most out of alignment with is the part of me that wants to have the optimistic/manifester type of outlook on life. I’m not financially free, nor do I have the land/house/farm of my dreams yet. Emphasize on the YET! I am a firm practitioner of manifesting my life and sometimes the game of “life” just gets in the way of seeing the beauty in creating our destiny. I am releasing that energy, not being delusional to the roughness that life can throw but to stay integral to my true self in knowing I can raise my vibration with affirmative actions to shift my reality. I AM WEALTHY, I FEEL FREE, AND I LOVE MY LIFE. The action I am taking today is to invite anyone to comment an affirmation below. it can be a “I” statement of any kind or a goal you see yourself achieving. Mahalo
DAY 5 - Activating My Potential
What % of your potential are you claiming for yourself? Where are you most out of alignment with your potential? What is it in the way of you doing something about it?

I’d give myself a solid 70% because I usually go for things when opportunity presents itself. For me 100% would be a combination of absolutely chasing dreams given any circumstance, and being brutally honest with how I feel, not letting anything or anyone steer me away of this feeling. I am in a career path that I really enjoy, I’m surrounded with co-workers that can have intellectual conversations and fun days at work. I am locking in to being my healthiest self, getting stronger, fortifying my mind, and building my relationships strong, my lover, my family. I get in my own way of achieving more and that ends here during these days of confrontation! I am no longer going to be the person that doesn’t commit to 100% of life. Y
Do you have a space in real life where you can confront yourself?
A space to slow down. To breathe. To meet the truth you’ve been carrying. Not just online. Not in theory. But in real life in your body in front of other men. Where do you go when the tension builds inside? Where do you bring the parts of you that are uncertain, angry, shut down, or ready to change? This challenge has sparked something. But the real question is… Do you have a physical space where you can keep this work alive? Where self-honesty meets embodiment. Where you're seen, heard, and called forward, not judged, not fixed, just witnessed. Soon, I’ll announce a powerful opportunity to join us in person and bring this home. Bonus Challenge: I’d love to hear from you: 👉 Do you have a place in your life where you get to confront yourself with support? 👉 If not, what would it mean to create or step into one?

I associate the gym to being that place where I can confront myself. When I first started using the gym I would use it as a place to confront anger, put on heavy metal and push myself to my physical limits thinking it was gonna make me feel better. Now I’m learning that it’s more than that but a place to invite my emotions into the table in my mind, have a cup of tea, listen to their story and excuse them from the table. Pushing myself to my absolute limits and using that power to embody my warrior in my mind. I definitely would like to find a local men’s group because I don’t have anywhere to take myself to get support.
DAY 4 - What If It All Worked Out?
Share one piece of your story of it all working out that FEELS GOOD! Where you able to hold that feeling with you for the day? If not, what was it that removed it from your body?

I recently bought a new truck and was relying on my older truck to pay off a good portion of my new vehicle. I was also up to my knees in debt that I wanted to take care of and was kinda giving me stress and anxiety. I was trying to control the process of getting my truck sold in order to come up on quick cash. As soon as I really took a deep breathe and realized what I was doing I stepped back and accepted “ok I can’t control the situation, I have to trust that when my truck sells it will happen all in divine timing” and 1 week of truthfully living outside of financial stress or control of selling my truck. I stayed focus on my work week and being present with self and by that weekend my truck was sold I just got a good overtime check with that. It was a very relieving feeling and I definitely feel as tho my integrated patience aligned the series of events. I do my very best every day to live in a state of presence and when I feel stress or anxiety I am learning to regulate back to self quicker.
