What’s the most overlooked factor in actually looking your best?
Hey guys, I’m new here 👋 I recently started taking my appearance seriously — not in a toxic way, just trying to clean up what I can control and stop neglecting it. I’m not ugly, but I also know I’m not using my full potential yet. I have a decent base (eyes and bone structure aren’t bad), but I feel like I’m missing something in the overall harmony — maybe face fat distribution, skin quality, or grooming details I’m blind to. Before I go down random YouTube rabbit holes, I wanted to ask people here who actually know what they’re talking about: What’s usually the biggest “invisible” thing that holds someone back from looking their best? Like the thing most people ignore, but once fixed, makes a big difference. Would appreciate any honest advice 🙏 not here for validation, just improvement.

nope, its cope, clavicular ended up taking testosterone cuz it doesn't work. it just swells your face, and if u do it a lot of times, it is gonna make your bones flat, I recommend doing mewing, chin tucks and lastly going to your orthodontist and tell him that u want your maxilla to be more forward because its unconfortable when u sleep, fake sleep apnea and convince him that u need your maxilla to go forward, try not to get a expat if he asks for it, you can get the X-ray if u actually have sleep apnea unless don't. (dw he is not gonna suggest surgeries, he is gonna use orthodontic appliances to fix it) and maybe if there are orthotropists in your country you can go to them instead cuz they are better but sometimes might be more expensive

quit the black coffee, it really reduces haemoglobin in your blood, and due to that much lesser oxygen enters your blood. start taking ashwagandha, lowers cortisol and promotes a lot of things. (I'd recommend trying research on it by yourself) I know you do the gym, but focus more on HIIT workouts. don't skip legs- for t production get a slick back hairstyle or a flow
