Diet Sodas
What is everyone’s thoughts on diet sodas during a cut? How often should one have one? Is more than one a day terrible for health?

I love using Coke Zero, Ice drinks, etc when I get hungry. I personally find that carbonation helps me stay fuller, but I don’t schedule this in. I grab one when water isn’t not working with the hunger haha.
Recipes for cutting
Anybody have any healthy recipes they can share for cutting season?

@Ethan Jose heck yes haha I am 5’7” myself as well. I’ll join you there. As we age that’s all I ask for. No arthritis pain. But currently following a routine I have made. Push pull legs upper lower. Lots of focus on dips, pull ups, Romanian deadlifts. I usually put in around 50-55 minute per lifting session. One of the areas I struggle on in assessing if I am doing enough or not.

@Ethan Jose yesss I am figuring that out as I go as well! But enjoying it none the less. No kidding! How was it? Do you dance yourself?
Weekly Trainings
Thinking about doing some free weekly trainings. Going Live on Zoom or IG/ YT, doing a quick 5-10 min lesson, and open it up to Q&A or just do a straight Q&A. Can be Fitness/ Nutrition related or completely unrelated. Would you guys find this helpful?

That would be awesome! I think sometimes we are so information overloaded that this would be a great way to learn the proper methods etc!
