Sorry, I had to skip two days. A major event had gone by in my life and I couldn't update. Well, today's mission is- 1) Read Surah Al-Mulk📚 2) Practice Handwriting✍ 3) Study two hours🔥 Insha Allah, May Allah grant us all success!

As-salamu alaykum. these days I cannot fall into sleep. It takes maybe two hours for me to sleep even though I sleep early and I don’t consume caffeine as well at late times. normally I can sleep very fast but lately I don’t know why I always have some thoughts in my mind even though they’re not important. Can someone give me advice on How to sleep faster inshallah? Jazakallahu hayran
