Back from Vacation
I just got back from a much needed vacation to Punta Cana and I am refreshed and also had a serious revelation. My community offer is too low for the value and expertise I bring in the creative AI space. I am not sure if I want to host a community with a low ticket offer for MRR as it has taken time for me to build and I can’t scale my agency the way I want to. I am in a few communities where I paid one time payment larger amount and have access to the community for what’s being taught. We get other offers but it’s focused on learning one thing with an outcome vs multiple things. I have to pause right now and really access my plan. I don’t want to run two communities right now .. too much work in this season of my life 49 year old mom of two younger kids and building a creative AI agency. I have some things to consider 🙏🏾

FACT: More content doesn’t mean more value.
In fact, it often creates overwhelm… and overwhelmed members don’t engage (or they leave). Instead: → Build only what’s needed → Teach live first, then turn it into resources → Unlock content over time so people actually use it Your goal isn’t a full classroom. It's real transformation. If your members feel momentum, they stay. If they feel behind, they disappear.
FACT: More content doesn’t mean more value.

I switched back to public communities
I’ve played around with public and private settings in my freemium communities. Today, I flipped back to PUBLIC. AI is reading through google seeing my posts and people talking about me and now Claude or Gemini are recommending people to my community for me. So hello 👋 if you can go public I would.
