@Brenner Schellschmidt Thanks a lot πŸ™ŒThat’s actually a really useful tip. I’ll keep an eye on the audio levels before posting from now on. Glad the format is working too, gonna keep pushing and improving πŸ”₯

I'm too lazy to use the posting format, so i'll just dump it here instead(Pls forgive me)

Build: Hidden Underground Library Build. A patch of grass in a suburban backyard opens via a brass handle into a luxury emerald library with marble floors, a brass ladder, and a leather reading chair. Wanted it to feel like a real luxury home moment, not just an AI flex. Tools used: Nano Banana (Gemini) for the still frames, Kling ai for the animation clips, and DaVinci Resolve for the edit. Shoutout to @Brenner Schellschmidt for sorting out both my red flash issue and the missing transitions, the trim-and-rejoin Prompt/workflow: Reference-stacked every frame off a master location image and a worker team portrait to keep the characters and the house consistent across the dig, the panel install, the marble laying, and the night reveal. One image per beat, animated in Kling, then layered into DaVinci with crossfades for the build progression. No music, just diegetic work sounds and ambient air. Pain point: Two big ones. The wide dig shot kept coming out small and closet-sized, took several reference stacks to get a proper underground chamber that read as tunnel-deep. And the final night reveal frame, where you see the house with the library glowing underneath, took multiple regenerations because Kling kept losing the library or changing the house entirely. Ended up simplifying the camera motion which fixed it. What I'm trying to improve: I know there's still room for improvement. The opening 1-2 seconds need a stronger hook, i think i should have opened on the brass handle close-up instead of the wide aerial. The final reveal could also hold longer, mine cuts away in under 2 seconds and the references i studied hold theirs for 3 to 4. The work sounds need to come up louder in the mix too. DISCLAIMER: Video 1 didn't really do much(i expected that) but I've only posted Video 2 few mins ago and I'm getting some interesting numbers already

@Brenner Schellschmidt thank you brenner, this honestly meant a lot to read. i was second-guessing the pacing on the back half so hearing that the flow worked is a relief. the VEO 3.1 tip is something i hadn't really considered, i'd been treating kling as the only option for the build shots. the reveal frame in V2 was the one i had to regenerate the most so that's exactly the kind of shot where it might be worth swapping. video 3 is a backyard transformation (abandoned patio into a luxury garden lounge) and there are a couple of beats where kling has been losing the geometry, going to try VEO 3.1 on those and see which one holds up better. appreciate you sharing the workflow detail too, that kind of thing is hard to figure out without someone who has actually used both. video 3 should land in a few hours.
First build β€” Ceramic Pottery Bath Bomb Reveal
Build: Ceramic Pottery Bath Bomb Reveal. Took the free starter Bath Bomb workflow and pushed it into a ceramic pottery angle. Final shot is a glazed shard with our wordmark, so the video doubles as the launch intro for the channel. Tools used: Nano Banana (Gemini) for the 5 stills, Kling ai for the animation clips, and DaVinci Resolve which I'm still climbing the learning curve on thanks to @Brenner Schellschmidt custom walkthrough. Prompt/workflow: One image per beat, animated in Kling, then stitched with crossfades. I reversed clip 1 because the pot was floating up not sinking, sped clips 2 and 3 to 200% to kill the lingering hand and the slow dissolve, and dropped a silent ASMR audio bed (no music, just brown noise roomtone, pink noise fizz, a soft ceramic clink at the reveal). The whole thing is hands only, no character. Pain point: Getting the dissolve to actually read as dissolving. Kling kept giving me a pot that just sat there cracking apart slowly rather than melting into the water, so I leaned on speed adjustments and crossfades to sell it. Some of the clips needed reordering and retiming before the sequence flowed properly, which is where Brenner's feedback came in clutch. What I'm trying to improve: Already posted on all 4 socials, sitting on 24h of analytics before I brief video 2. Next one I want to hit the 17 image frame standard from the premium vault, more crossfade points, richer story, properly built in DaVinci now that I've watched the walkthrough. Massive thank you to Brenner, πŸ™
