I'm going to teach you 3,000 Spanish words in less than 1 minute
Here are 3 basic rules 1. English words that end in "-tion or "-sion", usually become "ción". (Education - Educación, Information- Información, Celebration - Celebración, Communication - Comunicación) 2. English words that end in "-ity", end in "-dad" in Spanish. (Activity - Actividad, Sensitivity - Sensibilidad, Possibility - Posibilidad, Community - Comunidad, Responsibility - Responsabilidad) 3. English words that start with "s" usually start with "es" in Spanish. (School - Escuela, Student - Estudiante, Station - Estación, Spain - España)

¡Bienvenidos!- Welcome!
¡Hola! Welcome to the community. I want this to be a community that supports language learning, where I can support you as you or your child is on the Spanish language learning journey. I also want to create a space where native Spanish speakers can also practice speaking English, and English speakers can practice with native speakers. Next steps: 1. Introduce yourselves 2. Post an emoji that shares how you feel about learning Spanish/English 3. Share whether you will be traveling to a Spanish-speaking country, and if so, where
