So we're going to fix that RIGHT NOW. 🧠 STEP 1: FAST-FORWARD TO YOUR PERFECT DAY Forget about AI tools for a minute. Forget about prompts. Forget about what everyone else is doing. Close your eyes and imagine this: It's September 18, 2027. Your AI Agency is working. You wake up. ☕ What time do you wake up? 💻 Where are you working from? 📱 How many notifications are waiting for you? 💰 How much revenue did your agency generate LAST MONTH? 👥 How many clients do you have? 🤝 How many people are on your team? 📞 Are you still doing sales calls yourself? 🏠 Are you working from home, an office, or somewhere completely different? 🌴 Do you have the freedom to take the day off? And here's the BIG one: What does your bank account/business dashboard say? Don't say: “A lot.” Put an actual number on it. $10,000/month? $25,000/month? $50,000/month? $100,000/month? If you close 20% of your qualified sales calls, you need approximately: 50 qualified sales calls → 10 clients Now your goal isn't: ❌ “I need to make money with AI.” It's... ✅ 10 clients by September 18, 2027 And suddenly your agency becomes a real business instead of an idea. 📅 STEP 3: GIVE YOURSELF A DEADLINE A goal without a date is just something you're hoping happens eventually. So pick a date. Not: “Someday I'll have an AI agency.” Instead: “By December 31, 2026, I will have signed my first 3 paying clients.” Then: “By March 31, 2027, I will be at $10,000/month.” Then: “By September 18, 2027, I will be at $20,000/month.”
