For me I have always loved and strive to lead others to their best . Being under leaders I have seen poor leadership qualities and I always say that is not I want to be known ad as. For me some individuals use it in negative way forgetting or not placing themselves in the other shoe, its all about power. I want others to understand there weakness and strong points and direct them to excellence. Empathy is often not considered and it hurts me.

I finally understand the meaning of this term...because I have been holding back. I always ask myself if I am doing enough to Serve & up until now, the answer has always been a resounding, "NO!" In the past, I have not done enough... My desire is to carry on the message & the teachings of the great Mentors that have taught me. Among those names are: Napoleon Hill, Zig Ziglar, Joh Maxwell, Wayne Dyer, Bob Proctor, Mary Morrissey, Joe DiVitale, Brene Brown...& so many more. One of the most prominent features of these teachers, aside from their message, is their desire to show up authentically. They appear to be themselves, delivering their message with wisdom & unabashed confidence. I have often said... I am RJ Horner! I know who I am! I know where I am going! I know what I am doing to get there! Up until now...I have not been doing enough. As of NOW...I AM ALL IN! I show up as RJ Horner, unashamed or unafraid of how people may see or think of me. I AM absolutely certain of who I AM, the value I have to add & MY Mission to Serve! What I now commit to is MY Absolute Dedication to SERVE YOU...the Thought Leaders who are building a Business around THEIR Mission to SERVE!
