I joined on August 4th, and the biggest thing that’s surprised me is how much I’ve gotten from the community. It doesn’t feel like I’m just posting into the abyss; I feel supported, accountable, and excited to keep showing up. The content is educational and practical, but being surrounded by people who are genuinely putting in the work has made the biggest difference for me. Since starting, I’ve implemented what I’m learning, gained muscle, and already shed an inch off my waist.
