My name is Awab What’s your agency about? The focus is mainly on organic content in other words short-form videos, account management, and helping businesses grow through consistent content. Who do you serve? Mostly local businesses in the UAE things like retail, automotive, and service/product based businesses. Looking to expand into more structured niches soon. Where are you at right now? Still early stages, building things out properly. Started one month have one client on a 6 month contract (at their request) now focusing on setting up systems and scaling outreach. I have gotten 3 contractors that work off commission based salary to handle bringing in clients i onboarded them this week monday. (27/04/2026) What’s your #1 goal for the next 90 days? Close a solid number of consistent clients (consistent to me is 7 clients) and get to a stable monthly revenue (around 38k–42k AED which converts to aprox. 10k -11k $USD) while building a reliable sales pipeline. What’s the biggest thing you’re struggling with right now? Mainly consistency in lead generation and building a solid system for outreach and closing without it depending too much on me personally.
