And no, you don't need to be some kind of AI expert to get started. We're going to focus on things you can actually use in your business. Following up with estimates, creating ads, reaching back out to old customers, reviewing sales calls, building processes for your team, and plenty more. A few things I want you to understand about AI: - It's not perfect. AI can do some pretty incredible things, but it can also get things wrong. You still need to use your own judgment, especially with important decisions. - Don't get caught up in every new tool. There seems to be a new AI tool coming out every single day. You don't need to learn all of them. You just need to understand which ones make sense for what you're trying to accomplish. - Think of AI like a new employee. The better you explain what you need, provide context, and set expectations, the better the results you'll get. - Start simple. You don't need to completely overhaul your business overnight. Find a few areas where AI can help, get comfortable using it, and build from there.
