You have asked for feedback, and so I will give you my feedback as creative professional in both broad and specific application (but hopefully, all of it is actionable for you) GENERAL CALL-OUTS: It's harder to comment on the story / messaging of what is being said because I don't know the context of all that was available to pick from, but parts of the voice over feel more like a product review than a speaker reel that's supposed to highlight your best speaking attributes (especially near the start) The music levels are too low and need to come up by at least 35%. Also, this is personal taste, but the music does not feel in alignment with tone I think you're trying to capture, and I would probably ask for something a little less corporate and a little more inspirational & cinematic (but be careful to not be too sensational or cheesy) A lot of the audio at the cut points sounds like it needs a crossfade to smooth over the cut GET RID OF EVERY SINGLE JUMP CUT (examples: 0:22 between "real?" and "Check", 0:33 between "matter." and "If", 0:36 between "true," and "it" - replace these with a minimum of 15% punch-in / crop (like what you can see at 0:38 between "likelihood" and "of") or have the original space between these moments restored - why this is so important is that we are trying to demonstrate your high proficiency as a public speaker, and jump cuts actively take away from that notion by suggesting there was a need to improve upon the delivery after the fact All of the b-roll footage of you in the long blue dress is not color corrected (examples: 0:04, 0:10. and 0:44) . It needs saturation and contrast There is WAY TO MUCH text on screen for most of the graphics. Just focus on delivering the big written punch lines, save the explanation text for the website (example: 0:17 keep "The life you want starts with how you think about what's possible" and delete the rest)
