Pay per lead or Retainer
I run a AI GTM agency, we build out leadgen systems and AI agents for signal based outbound, AEO, content research etc. The current issue with the outbound systems we build is that we handle everything from outbound strategy, copy, ICP audit, setting up agents for lead list building, signals and mail/linkedin automation etc. I have retainer based clients currently and I was thinking of doing pay per lead. In that case, Do I get someone from my team to be my client's setter or let them handle the replies? The first option makes more sense but I am not sure if my clients would be comfortable with giving their linkedin/mail accounts, most already have a sales team, also every industry/company is very different so unless there is a long term contract It would be difficult for me to provide a setter and assure results.

What is an AI GTM Agency? If you’re charging per qualified lead, I’d let the client handle the conversations and sales process. That’s the cleanest model because you control lead generation, not their close rate. If you provide setters, you’re no longer really selling leads. You’re selling appointment setting, which means you own another part of the pipeline and take on a lot more operational complexity. The way I’ve been able to make pay-per-lead work is by keeping the front end simple and using just a couple of sub-accounts to automate qualification and routing. I actually made a YouTube video breaking down exactly how that works if you’re interested. Happy to send it over.
‼️ Calling all GHL Worfklow Experts!
I have worked for HOURS to try and get this workflow to summarize a conversation that was had with the conversation AI, to then send an internal notification (email) with that summary. I have used the GHL AI to fix it, Chapt GPT, and even my brain. I am simply stuck. I have tried many iterations to fix this, and when I test the workflow, I get an email that looks like the ones attached. Does anyone have a clue as to what I am missing?

@Sam S. Much appreciated. That never even crossed my mind in the testing phase. I have just been rattling my brain, thinking that there is nothing in there that would make it not work. Maybe it does work how it is supposed to. Going to do some more testing and I will report back🫡

@Sam S. Well, I have the same issue. Now I feel that the automation may have been correct in the first place before I started changing a bunch of things to test it, so I am figuring out how to get back to that.
