So I created Rooted — Awaken the Wisdom Within 🍄 A 6-week deep dive weaving together a microdosing protocol, breathwork, movement, community and a whole lot of laughter. And something magical happened. Women showed up. They opened up. They healed together. THAT is what this medicine makes possible.
