I am so excited to share that You’re Not Crazy, You’re Responding: Reclaiming Wholeness in a Pathologized World is now available on Amazon. This book challenges the idea that every human struggle is evidence that something is wrong with us. It asks us to look more deeply at what people may be responding to: trauma, disconnection, oppression, overwhelm, unmet needs, and cultures that often expect people to function without providing the conditions needed to thrive. This message is deeply connected to the purpose of our community. Together, we are learning how to create a healing culture. A culture where people are met with curiosity instead of judgment. Where healing is not treated as an individual project, but something supported through our relationships, leadership, communities, and systems. As you read, I would love for us to use this space to explore the book together. Share the passages that speak to you, the ideas that challenge you, and the ways you are bringing a more compassionate and human-centred approach into your family, workplace, healing practice, or community. Let’s begin the conversation: What would change if we stopped asking, “What is wrong with you?” and started asking, “What are you responding to?” You can find the book here: https://a.co/d/0eeMXd0d Thank you for being part of this movement toward a world where healing culture is not only imagined, but actively created.
