Start tracking: Buy cost , selling pric , fees , net profit If you don’t know your numbers, you don’t really know your business. Buy smarter not bigger Early on i thought scaling meant buying more inventory. Real scaling is: Better margins, faster moving items , fewer bad buys Even small wins stack up fast when you’re consistent. Focus on repeatable wins If something sells once, cool.If it sells over and over, that’s a system. Double down on what already works before trying something new.
