Bio: Wife to one husband, mother to three grown children, teacher to 80+ 11th and 12th grade students. It's a mission out there!

Bio: Here in Arizona picking grapefruit in my yard. I am 58 years old and am here because I want to do everything to stay young, vibrant and healthy.

Bio: I've trained for the past 40 yrs in the gym & teach Taekwondo. Age & injury have taken their toll. So, I'm excited to see what changes I can achieve.
