First workout in 6 weeks.
First workout again after traveling, Covid, and a sinus infection (about 6 weeks altogether). Ramping up slowly but feels good to be back!

I looove long warmups...almost my favorite part of the class! And the shakra and rapid breathing ones are awesome too! I'm on the 28-day meditarranean food plan right now. Great recipes, but a lot of food prep. Also, I've never eaten as many vegetables in my life, and that's probably a good thing!
12.0 Strain on Whoop
Great core/cardio workou today (3/20). Got my strain on Whoop up past 12. I did cheat by doing the cardio in the last set!😁
Still in shape.
